Compass Senior Care Consultants was founded by longtime friends Theresa Giocastro and Kate Larkin Edwards, LPN, who share a passion for supporting seniors and their families with clarity and compassion.
Theresa brings over a decade of expertise in home care sales and marketing, along with a strong professional network and deep understanding of the senior care landscape. Kate has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2012, with more than a decade of geriatric clinical experience and specialized expertise in regulatory compliance to protect vulnerable adults.
Together, they combine strategic insight and clinical knowledge to help families navigate the often complex journey of aging. Like a compass providing direction through uncertain terrain, Compass Senior Care Consultants offers clear guidance, trusted expertise, and heartfelt support every step of the way.
